Now that you have confirmed your participation for the conference, you may find yourself still having some questions regarding your attendance. The below information should answer many of these and also provide you with information on what to expect next:
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
- When do I need to pay for the event?
Payment needs to be completed and received before the date of the conference. Please see the registration form for the available payment methods. For payment by credit card please contact us at nb@facilitymedia.com and we will send a Pay-Pal Link. If you require a hard copy of payment receipt please contact us. Ticket price excludes air tickets and accommodation.
- Will I receive a ticket to the event?
We do not issue tickets for events. Your confirmation letter/email will serve as confirmation of your attendance.
- Are meals and refreshments included in the conference ticket?
Refreshments and lunches are included in the conference pass for full day sessions or if stated on the conference brochure. If you have any special dietary requirements, please inform us at least 3 working days prior to the event.
- How do I make my hotel reservation?
The cost of hotel accommodation and travel is not included in the conference ticket. To obtain direct contact details for the hotel that can help you to book your accommodation, please contact us directly at nb@facilitymedia.com.
- What should I wear?
The dress code at the conference is business/business casual. The meeting room temperatures and personal comfort zones vary therefore we recommend you bring with you a jacket or shawl.
- Special requirements
If you have any special access needs that we may address to make your participation at the conference more comfortable please do let us know in advance.
- What should I bring to the conference?
We suggest you bring along plenty of name cards to be shared with other delegates during the networking sessions. A name badge and delegate pack will be provided to you upon arrival and pens and paper are available for use during the conference.
- What happens if I have to cancel?
If you cannot attend the conference, you may send a substitute in your place. Please notify us as soon as possible of your substitute’s details by emailing us at nb@facilitymedia.com
- Should I inform Facility Media prior to the conference if my personal details have changed?
Yes, please inform us by emailing nb@facilitymedia.com or call us at +852 2850 8907 for any change of your particulars. This is to ensure that your details are kept up-to-date in our database, and that the details printed on your name badge are accurate.
- Who should I contact on the day of the conference if I have any problems?
Please contact a member of the Facility Media team who will be on site at the venue. They can either be reached by calling the hotel directly on +86-10-5863 8888 or through a dedicated mobile number that will be given out in the update email prior to the conference.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
- Updates will be given about the conference
One week prior to the conference we will email you further details about the event including: an up-to-date schedule, directions to reach the venue, the registration time and the room/s where the conference will be held. For updates about the conference prior to this point please visit our website or contact us at nb@facilitymedia.com. - Presentation materials will be provided
Presentations will be available to you from the speakers, these are not always up to date upon arrival at the conference therefore within a week following the event we will email you a web link with a username and password in order for you to access our FTP site and download the up to date presentation materials. Some slides that contain sensitive and/or commercial information may not be included for circulation; this is at the speaker’s request. The presentations are subject to the speakers’ copyright and can not be reproduced or distributed without prior permission from the speakers.
